4ways Appoints Dr Anthony Chambers as Clinical Lead for Nuclear Medicine Reporting

4ways is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Anthony Chambers as Clinical Lead for Nuclear Medicine Reporting, further strengthening its specialist reporting services for NHS organisations across the UK.

As Clinical Lead, Dr Chambers will lead 4ways’ Nuclear Medicine reporting service, including PET-CT and SPECT-CT, while continuing to develop the company’s experienced team of consultant radiologists and Nuclear Medicine specialists. 

Working alongside 4ways’ dedicated operational and IT teams, he also oversees the service’s quality assurance programme, including a continuous 10% audit of reports, helping to ensure consistently high clinical standards for NHS partners.

Dr Chambers brings more than two decades of consultant experience to the role. A graduate of Imperial College London (St Mary’s), he completed his Radiology and Nuclear Medicine training across several leading North West London hospitals, including Northwick Park Hospital, Hammersmith Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital and Mount Vernon Hospital.

He has been an NHS Consultant since 2004, serving as Nuclear Medicine Lead at Northwick Park Hospital before becoming PET-CT Lead at the Paul Strickland Scanner Centre at Mount Vernon Hospital Cancer Centre. His extensive experience also includes serving as an expert assessor for NHS England during the original national PET-CT commissioning programme, acting as an auditor for NHS England’s initial PET-CT reporting audit, and leading the development of future specialists as Radiology Training Programme Director for North West London.

In addition to joining 4ways as Clinical Lead, Dr Chambers has recently been accepted as an assessor for the upcoming PET-CT commissioning round this summer.
