We offer a wide range of cardiac services including, but not limited to:

  • CT coronary angiography and calcium scoring
  • CT reporting for heart disease or structural abnormalities
  • Stress perfusion MRI reporting
  • MRI reporting for myocardial viability
  • MRI reporting for cardiomyopathy or infiltrative disease
  • MRI reporting for valvar, aortopathy and other structural diseases
  • MRI reporting for congenital heart disease

We offer a high-quality colonic imaging service which is ideally suited for symptomatic patients. CTC is the recognised alternative diagnostic procedure to colonoscopy.

Our services allow for either single read reporting or double reads, aiding the early detection of breast cancer. Our services can support both screening programme work as well as post-diagnostic imaging. 4ways provides arbitration as part of the double read service for cases where the first two opinions differ.

4ways can  offer a wide range of Musculoskeletal (MSK) reporting services, identifying traumas or disorders such as  osteoarthritis of the knee, osteoporosis of the bones, tumours.

Our MSK radiologists provide interpretation of all imaging related to the musculoskeletal system across plan film, fluoroscopy, MRI and CT modalities.

4ways’ specialist Neuroradiology reporting can be used for the diagnosis and characterisation of abnormalities of the central and peripheral nervous system, spine and head and neck.

Using primarily CT and MRI modalities, 4ways can also offer Nuclear Medicine expertise where appropriate.

4ways Vascular reporting aids in the diagnosis and assessment of aneurysms or the identification of blockages as well as narrowing blood vessels using MRI or CT modalities as required.

The majority of our Vascular reporting panel are also interventional radiologists and have experience performing endovascular procedures.

Our specialist Paediatric reporting encompasses all modalities from plain film to contrast studies and from ultrasonography to cross sectional imaging. We offer a wide range of services including:

4ways can offer a comprehensive range of abdominal and pelvic imaging services across Gastrointestinal (GI) Genitourinary (GU) and abdominal specialisms.

Abdominal and pelvic imaging allows the identification of a broad spectrum of medical conditions including abdominal aortic aneurysms, gallstones, kidney stones, uterine fibroids, and prostate cancer.

We cover the full range of imaging modalities (CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray and fluoroscopy) and have expertise in a wide range of areas including liver, prostate, pancreas, bladder, kidneys, gallbladder and more.

4ways are currently supporting a number of Lung screening initiatives across the UK where NHS Trusts wish to outsource their radiology reporting due to internal capacity constraints.

We are working in partnership with a multiple mobile scanning providers including Cobalt and Inhealth to combine our expertise and fulfil project requirements.

4ways uses as specialist panel of Radiologists who meet the national TLHC (Targeted Lung Health Checks) assurance standards who are all UK based and GMC registered to report this lung screening activity.
