4ways Welcome Client Account Coordinator

4ways is delighted to welcome Samantha Panes as Client Accounts Coordinator within its expanding Business Development team.

After completing her undergraduate degree, Samantha spent a year living in Australia before returning to the UK to work as a Customer Technician in the home interiors industry.

In her new role, Samantha provides day-to-day support to 4ways’ NHS and private healthcare clients. Her responsibilities include managing client enquiries, coordinating meetings, analysing data and producing tailored review packs. Through this work, Samantha helps ensure clients receive responsive, effective support and valuable insights into service performance.

The expansion of the Business Development team will enable 4ways to work even more closely with its NHS and private healthcare clients, responding to their evolving needs and continually enhancing the service they receive.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys travelling and planning her next adventure, having visited 15 countries to date.

Samantha said: “Since joining 4ways, I’ve enjoyed learning more about the business and building relationships with our clients. Knowing that the work we do supports the delivery of patient care gives me a real sense of purpose. I’m proud to be a member of the Business Development team and look forward to continuing to learn and develop.”
