4ways Welcomes New IT Service Desk Analyst
4ways are pleased to announce the promotion of Khulisani Bhebhe to IT Service Desk Analyst.
Khuli’s dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic have been crucial to 4ways’ success, and we’re excited to see him continue his journey and thrive within our IT department.
Khuli joined 4ways in 2021 and quickly progressed to the role of Team Leader within our Operations department. His propensity to assess challenges calmly and choose practical, effective solutions earned him the trust and respect of both colleagues and stakeholders during his time in the role.
Working closely with NHS trusts, Khulisani ensured scans were reported efficiently and to a high standard, combining operational excellence with clear communication and attention to detail.
His ability to build meaningful relationships, listen actively, and support others has made him a natural leader and a source of inspiration to colleagues at all levels. He has built strong, lasting connections across the team and speaks highly of Leanne Croft, 4ways Operations Manager, who has been both a mentor and friend who has supported Khuli throughout his career at 4ways.
Khuli has recently joined the IT team and is already settling in well. His positive attitude and enthusiasm have made a great first impression, and we are delighted to have him on board. As he continues to find his feet in IT, I'm confident he will be a valuable addition to the team.
