4ways Welcomes Francesca Cullen

4ways is delighted to welcome Francesca Cullen as our new Business Development Manager.  

Francesca joins us from the NHS, where she has held a variety of operational and programme-focused roles supporting service delivery and transformation across hospitals, suppliers and systems for over 7 years. With a strong developed background in NHS procurement, project coordination and stakeholder engagement, Francesca brings with her a deep understanding of the challenges and priorities facing NHS organisations in today’s climate. 

During her time at NHS Supply Chain, Francesca played a key role during the pandemic in coordinating the distribution of emergency equipment, including ventilators, patient monitors and mobile X-ray machines, to hospitals and other critical care facilities. And more recently, the rollout of Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs) with leading equipping strategies and supporting cost savings through multi-trust aggregation initiatives. 

Francesca’s experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects has given her a unique insight into how clinical and operational needs align — a perspective she’s keen to bring to her work at 4ways. In her new role, she’ll be focusing on developing collaborative relationships with both NHS, Health Boards and independent sector partners, ensuring our services continue to evolve with the needs of radiology departments across the UK. 

“What really drew me to 4ways was the opportunity to work with clients in a more strategic, solutions-focused way,” says Francesca. “Having seen the challenges from the inside, I’m excited to now be on the delivery side — helping build partnerships that not only ease pressures but improve patient pathways.”
