Evidia strengthens its telediagnostics expertise in Europe with Teleconsult and Meditecs
Evidia has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Teleconsult and Meditecs. Teleconsult is a leading provider of teleradiological services in Europe, Meditecs is a specialized provider of solutions for the integration and networking of medical IT systems.
Subject to customary regulatory approvals, the proposed transaction will strengthen and further expand Evidia’s position in telediagnostics in Sweden, the UK, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands on a pan-European basis.
The acquisition is an important step on Evidia’s growth path as an established European service provider for diagnostic imaging with a technology-supported and AI-based range of services. Evidia’s clear focus on medical and operational excellence, together with Teleconsult’s proven technology platform and extensive teleradiology expertise, will enable even broader collaboration with customers in existing and new markets:

United Kingdom: Strengthening 4ways’ strong position as a trusted teleradiology partner of the NHS through high-quality, scalable reporting capabilities from the UK

As part of the planned acquisition, Meditecs, a specialized provider of solutions for the integration and networking of medical IT systems, will become a 100% subsidiary of Evidia. Meditecs will help Evidia Group connect medical IT systems more efficiently and support existing and new partners with faster and more efficient integrations.
