Celebrating the Women of 4ways
International Women’s Day, a day for recognition and celebrating the achievements of women, is held annually on March 8th.
The first ‘Women’s Day’ was held in 1909, and the world has continued to use this day as a chance to shine a light on the triumphs of women in many different aspects of society.
At 4ways, we’re marking the day by celebrating some of the inspirational women across our organisation, and the incredible impact they make.
Meet Rhiane
Rhiane McRobert, our Clinical Applications Support Analyst, has been part of 4ways for over 11 years, and has played an instrumental role in developing numerous initiatives across the business in that time. Following a well-deserved promotion, Rhiane moved into our IT department almost two years ago, where she continues to make a meaningful impact.
Rhiane draws inspiration from working mums and is herself a shining example of one, a woman who balances a successful career and family life, a challenge many women face in the workplace today.
Rhiane values the relationships she’s made at 4ways and remains close with many other women on our staff. She feels that it’s important for strong women to have the confidence and the space to make their voices heard, and considers Tammy Murchison, Head of Clinical Governance at 4ways, to be a great example of females in the workplace who take up space.
Meet Ann
Ann Jones, our Head of HR, has been with 4ways since 2024. In her role, she is responsible for ensuring continuity across the business, supporting managers and employees in reaching their full potential, ensuring company policies are followed, and acting as a supportive and approachable figure for staff throughout the organisation.
Ann particularly values the welcoming atmosphere at the 4ways office and takes great pride in the strong relationships she has built with colleagues across the company.
She is passionate about encouraging female employees to continue their academic journeys while also pursuing career development. As a woman of colour, Ann draws inspiration from influential historical figures such as Rosa Parks and Maya Angelou, as well as from a former employer who first guided her into the world of HR and sparked her lasting passion for the profession.
Since joining 4ways, Ann has achieved the highest possible HR qualification. She credits our CEO, Ajay BH Chadha, for being especially supportive during her studies and throughout her professional development.
Ann strongly believes that academic qualifications play an important role for women in the workplace, helping to open doors and address potential pay gaps. As a result, she is a strong advocate for postgraduate education. Above all, Ann encourages women to be the best versions of themselves and is a dedicated supporter of ensuring women’s voices are heard, particularly in traditionally male-dominated industries.
Outside of work, Ann is passionate about her family and is an ardent supporter of Liverpool Football Club.
Meet Leanne
Leanne Croft, Operations Manager, has been an integral part of 4ways for the past 12 years. Throughout her journey, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the Operations team into the remarkable, high‑performing function it is today. Her work has not only strengthened the business but has also supported our mission to help the NHS deliver better outcomes for patient, something Leanne is deeply proud to have contributed to.
What truly stands out about Leanne is the relationships she has built across the company. She values the strong bonds she has developed at 4ways, especially the close friendships formed within her team. As a dedicated mum of two, she finds inspiration in working mothers everywhere, women who skilfully balance home life with career growth.
Leanne is particularly proud of her own progression at 4ways and hopes her journey will inspire other women in the business. She wants every female colleague to feel seen, supported, and valued for the skills they bring and the impact they make.
Celebrating the Women of 4ways
We are incredibly lucky to have so many exceptional women here at 4ways, and today we celebrate their achievements, their dedication, and all the wonderful things they’ve accomplished.
This year’s International Women’s Day motto is #GiveToGain.
What do you give to the women in your life? What do you hope to gain from them?
