4ways Welcomes New Deputy Operations Manager

4ways are delighted to announce that Charlotte Green has been promoted to Operations Deputy Manager. 

Charlotte’s success at 4ways is a testament to her determination, hard work, and her commitment to helping us improve patient outcomes.

Charlotte has been with the business for over 12 years and has held a variety of roles within the company. Beginning her time at 4ways in the Operations department, Charlotte has spent the last four years working in our Quality and Clinical Governance team, ensuring our radiology reports consistently meet the highest industry standards.

Charlotte’s role within the Quality team has directly impacted the way we support the NHS. Her approach to auditing played an integral part of helping us to enhance our reporting, and her contributions have been valuable.

Charlotte credits our CEO, Ajay BH. Chadha, as being an instrumental part of her progression at 4ways. She considers our Head of Operations, Teji, to be a fantastic mentor for her, and is especially grateful to Nasir Hussain, of our Finance team, and everyone in Quality & Clinical Governance, who have been so supportive of her the last four years.
