Originally from South Africa, Helga has called the UK her home for the past 12 years. Her journey in the private healthcare sector has been nothing short of remarkable. She has worked with over 700 consultants across all specialties, serving as the crucial first point of contact to manage the practicing privileges process within private hospitals. Her expertise in streamlining processes and facilitating seamless collaborations has earned her a well-deserved reputation in the industry.
As a key member of the 4ways Radiology Management Team, Helga will primarily focus on strengthening relationships within our existing and growing radiology community. She will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing growth opportunities for the 4ways reporting pool. She will act as the first point of contact for our Radiologists, so they can focus more of their time on reporting. Helga’s extensive experience within the healthcare landscape combined with her passion for meaningful connections will ensure the 4ways ‘human touch’ approach is never lost. Expressing her enthusiasm, Helga said: “I’ve noticed people are becoming hungrier for the in-person relationship and I’m excited to increase our added values by offering more opportunities for face-to-face interaction”.
In her free time, Helga is a dedicated volunteer for Reach Out Hertfordshire, a charity that matches volunteers with elderly individuals in need of companionship and assistance with tasks such as grocery shopping. Her commitment to making a positive impact extends to her involvement with Cats Protection, where she has lovingly fostered countless kittens over the years.
