Dr. D’Costa joined 4ways in 2023.  

After originally training as a General Surgeon, Horace was encouraged to complete his MSc in Imaging, eventually progressing to a Senior Registrar in the South West at the Bristol Royal Infirmary Hospital. Over the next few years Horace moved between hospitals in the region. 

Later in his career, Horace moved to Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust working as a Consultant Radiologist and Clinical Director at the John Radcliffe Hospital. He became an early adopter in the field of CTC, establishing himself as an expert in the area. He was then asked to become a Quality Assurance Lead for the Bowl Cancer Screening Programme in the UK. Horace was additionally appointed by Public Health England to be a Clinical Advisor in the South and complete quality assurance visits to hospitals trusts across the region. 

Horace has been part of the 4ways family for the past eight years, having been part of our Audit Panel for a number of years. In his new role as CTC Clinical Lead, Horace will draw on his prior experience to support provide ongoing support to our Reporting Panel.
