Celebrating 4ways Peer Appreciation Day
On the 12th February, we celebrated our first 4ways Peer Appreciation Day, a day that allows us to show recognition, compassion, and commendation to our fellow co-workers.
In a fast-paced, critical work environment, where our efforts are vital to supporting our clients and their patients, it can be difficult to show how much we appreciate our colleagues and the outstanding work they do. Peer Appreciation Day gave us the opportunity to let them know that we see them, and we recognise their efforts.
George Booth, Clinical Applications, said:
“It’s nice to be appreciated, especially by my peers, it makes me feel like my hard work has been recognised. Doing things like this more often is a great way to boost morale amongst staff”.
As part of the festivities, we placed post boxes around the office, where peer appreciation cards could be deposited, allowing us to show our colleagues how much we value their work ethic, positive energy, and kindness.
Thank you to everyone who participated, it was lovely to see so many people receiving their peer appreciation cards.
At 4ways, our values of care and attention and a can-do mentality shape the way we support and celebrate one another. Peer Appreciation Day is a perfect example of these values in action, recognising the people who make a difference every day and ensuring everyone feels truly considered and respected.do mentality‑do mentality
We look forward to continuing to recognise the vital contribution our staff make in supporting our clients and ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
