The Role

4ways are currently recruiting a professional and experienced receptionist to join our team. The role requires a broad range of skills and experience  along with excellent communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Meet and greet all visitors and contractors, ensuring all adhere to correct signing in and visitor induction procedures
  • Answering all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Setting up meetings, including Board meetings and arranging catering
  • Organise Parking Arrangements on a daily basis
  • Logging and accepting deliveries and ensuring all daily post is sent
  • Ordering and maintaining Office Supplies/Stationery cupboards and Kitchen supplies
  • Assist with Facilities Management responsibilities including building maintenance and services
  • Liaise with Health and Safety and Fire Safety officer to ensure compliance
  • Awareness of local emergency procedures
  • Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance

Person Specification

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Experience of working in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent co-ordination and organisational skills
  • Discretion when dealing with sensitive information
  • Be willing to be adaptable and pro-active
  • Computer literate and competent in Excel and Word
  • Maintain a professional appearance and professional manner at all times
