4ways Maintains QSI Accreditation for 11th Consecutive Year

4ways are proud to report that we have maintained our QSI accreditation for an 11th consecutive year. The QSI (Quality Standard for Imaging) accreditation sets a national quality criteria for imaging services and is a collaboration between The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) and the College of Radiographers (CoR). QSI aims to improve the quality of care for patients across all aspects of the imaging service by setting a minimum level of expectation from referral to report.

4ways assesses its performance against the standard and continually makes improvements to embed a culture of quality across the organisation. In this year’s findings the assessment team complimented our excellent preparation for the audit and flexibility in our approach. For the third consecutive year 4ways has had no mandatory findings or non-conformances.

The strong commitment from the 4ways team has ensured we have maintained a QSI accreditation, (formerly ISAS) since its inception in 2010. Alison MacKay, our QSI Quality Manager commented:

“4ways processes, policies and ethos is underpinned by our commitment to the highest levels of quality. To have successfully maintained our accreditation to the Quality Standard for Imaging is a fantastic endorsement of the exceptionally high standards we work to and is a result of the hard work and dedication of the entire team.”

4ways is extremely grateful to all of the team that have worked in the background to demonstrate our compliance to the QSI standards to an ever-increasing level of quality year on year.
