4ways are pleased to announce that the company has maintained both its ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications. This is the 14th consecutive year that 4ways has achieved certification. 4ways demonstrated the highest level of compliance with not a single non-conformance or observations made during this year’s audit.
Additionally, this year 4ways has received a ‘Positive Finding of Best Practice’. This is a fantastic achievement and a true reflection of the endeavours of the team behind organising the ISO audit and the wider team as a whole. Our ISO Managers, Sri Appe, ISMS Manager & Alison Mackay, Head of Clinical Governance and Client Services said:
“This achievement has once again shown beyond doubt how quality, data security and every single process that 4ways follows every day is ingrained in our DNA. Even more so, we are very proud to have received the Best Practice Finding certifying us as leading the way in exceptional quality.”
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is international body that sets business standards globally. ISO 27001 is a standard setting out a systemic approach to managing and controlling sensitive information via an information security management system (ISMS). ISO 9001 is concerned with setting a standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). 4ways acquires its certification from Bureau Veritas UK, a world leader in testing, inspection and certification.
The commentary from our assessors complemented that:
“4ways consistently demonstrates strong commitment to medical excellence in their subject area, quality of reporting and customer satisfaction”
Congratulations to the entire team for this outstanding achievement.
