We take security and protection of patient data very seriously at 4ways. Our ongoing commitment to ISO27001:2013 provides assurance that our network and information security systems are safe.
Our Information Governance Statement of Compliance certification reinforces our commitment to data protection and quality of service provision. All members of 4ways staff undergo an annual assessment and training programme.
Care Quality Commission
4ways is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for diagnostic and screening services.
4ways is registered with the information commissioner’s office.
