4ways Invests in Account Management

4ways are delighted to announce Ally Devine is moving into a new role as Head of Account Management.

In response to our most recent customer survey, feedback given indicated that a highly valued element of our service is the quality of our interactions with clients.

Over the past 10 years ago, Ally has played an instrumental role in the development of our account management systems and looking after our clients. Ally has always enjoyed the relationships she has made with her clients and has naturally become well equipped in delivering a high level of support.

4ways has changed a great deal since Ally joined the company. She has seen a great level of investment into all aspects of the business, including new technologies to increase the breadth of services offered, to a continuously growing network of NHS trusts. The BD team has grown and strengthened over the years to support the increased needs of our growing client base.

Ally will be building on our existing approach to account management, heading up a dedicated team of account managers. The team will work hand in hand with our growing customer base to augment our offering to help support our busy clients in delivering first class radiology reporting.

In response to our most recent customer survey, feedback given indicated that a highly valued element of our service is the quality of our interactions with clients.

Communications have naturally had to an increase since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. As demand for our services have increased and needs have changed, Ally has been a crucial part of how 4ways has been able to aid her clients. She says: “For our Clients and RSMs, before the pandemic there was already lot of pressure on targets, however, the impact of COVID plus recovery and restoration has amplified this significantly.  The increased demand for Diagnostics particularly acute support, a higher proportion of more complexity of activity being dealt with combined with reduced staffing means it is a very challenging time.  We will continue to work collaboratively with our clients to assist and meet their needs, both now and in the future. ”

As we now head into what is predicted to be a tough winter period, 4ways has an increased focus on how we can support our clients to manage winter pressures and sizable backlogs. As Head of Account Management, Ally is ready to continue in collaboration with our clients to provide a flexible approach to meet the needs of all our clients. On transitioning into her new role, Ally said:

Whilst, Ally has appreciated the efficiencies of working from home, she can’t wait to be out and about visiting her clients face to face. “for me there’s nothing like visiting radiology departments and feeling first hand the pressures and challenges that my clients face. It enables me to work with my 4ways colleagues to help make our partnerships as effective as possible”. Outside of her work, Ally is a big fan of walking, cooking and eating out. She is a keen traveller and is hoping to return to her passion of skiing when it is safe to do so.
