The 4ways team will be presenting two speaker sessions in the Imaging Diagnostics track.
In session 3 Diagnostics Showcase: tests and investigations that support effective disease management at 14.20 our experts in cardiology Dr Anna Herrey and Dr Francesca Pugliese will be presenting ‘Beyond routine reporting, outsourced cardiac CT and MRI reporting‘, this showcase will discuss introducing outsourced cardiac CT and MRI imaging to the NHS, the rapid increase in demand for these services and how the introduction of new NICE guidelines will put the NHS under greater pressure to deliver.
In session 4 Diagnostics Case Studies that deliver real value to improve patient experience and outcomes at 16.20 our Head of Operations and Quality Assurance, Alison MacKay will be discussing ‘Improving patient outcomes for acute on call services‘, this case study will cover how working in partnership with NHS Trusts can provide quality radiology reporting for urgent on call services and how supporting these services create efficiency and improve patient outcomes using teleradiology.
